Remuneration and Benefits:-
At Hamza Landman Services, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation. The hourly rate for this position will be discussed and finalized during the hiring process. Additional benefits include:
a. Incentives for discipline and punctuality.
b. Exceptional performance may lead to salary adjustments.
c. Paid breaks: A half-hour lunch/prayer break from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM (one hour on Fridays).
d. Working hours: From 7:55 AM to 4:05 PM, with the option to extend to 6:00 PM.
e. The company will retain one month’s salary as security, returned upon providing a 30-day notice and completing exit formalities.
Training-cum-Probation Period:-
As a Trainee Landman, you will undergo a training-cum-probationary period lasting between 30 and 90 days, depending on your progress. This training is unpaid but essential for gaining the knowledge required for this role. Upon successful completion, you will transition to a stipend-based paid position. The actual salary will begin once you are fully trained, and management will make this decision based on your progress, discipline, and punctuality.
After transitioning to a salaried position, it will be mandatory to register with the relevant government authorities.
Employment Exit Clause:-
Employees are required to provide a 30-day notice before resigning. Failure to do so will result in the company withholding the final month's salary. The company reserves the right to terminate employment without notice in cases of budget issue, misconduct, redundancy, poor performance, or breach of trust. In such situations, the final month's salary may be withheld, and legal action can be pursued if necessary.
Intellectual Property:-
Any intellectual property developed or created by the employee during the course of employment will be the property of the company. The employee assigns all rights and interests in such intellectual property to the company.
Code of Conduct and Professionalism:-
The employee agrees to adhere to the company's code of conduct, which includes treating colleagues, clients, and partners with respect and professionalism.
The employee will act in the best interests of the company and avoid any actions that may harm its reputation or business relationships.
Dispute Resolution:-
Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to employment will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration, as per the company's dispute resolution policy.
Amendments and Modifications:-
These employment terms and conditions may be modified or amended at the company's discretion. Any changes will be communicated to the employee in writing and will become effective as per the specified date.
Termination of Employment
Both the company and the employee are required to provide notice period of 30 days prior to termination of the employment contract, unless otherwise specified in the employment agreement. Termination may occur for reasons including, but not limited to, poor performance, misconduct, violation of company policies, or economic necessity.
Employees who exceed their leave allowance will face penalties, which may include fines, delayed payments, or termination etc, as determined by management.
Reporting Requirement:-
a. All employees are required to submit a daily work report through the designated company portal or reporting system.
b. The report should accurately reflect the employee's activities, progress, and accomplishments for the day.
c. The report should be submitted within the specified timeframe, typically at the end of each workday or as determined by the company.
Report Format and Content:-
a. The company will provide guidelines or templates for the daily work report format.
b. Employees should follow the specified format and include the required information, such as tasks completed, work performed and any relevant metrics or key performance indicators.
c. Reports should be concise, clear, and organized to facilitate effective communication and understanding.
Accuracy and Honesty:-
a. Employees are expected to provide accurate and honest information in their daily work reports.
b. Misrepresentation, falsification, or omission of information in the reports may lead to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Timeliness:-
a. Daily work reports should be submitted within the designated timeframe as communicated by the company.
b. Late or delayed submission without a valid reason may be subject to disciplinary measures as outlined in the company's policies.
Confidentiality and Data Security:-
a. Employees must adhere to the company's confidentiality and data security policies when submitting daily work reports.
b. Any sensitive or confidential information should not be included in the reports unless specifically authorized or required.
Review and Feedback:-
a. Supervisors or designated personnel will review the submitted daily work reports.
b. Feedback or comments may be provided to employees regarding their reports, including suggestions for improvement or clarification.
c. The time period of correction the mistakes can be cut-down in the form of salary deduction according to policy.
Compliance with Policies and Regulations:-
a. Employees should ensure that their daily work reports comply with all applicable company policies, rules, and regulations.
b. Any violation of policies or regulations in the content of the reports may result in appropriate disciplinary action.
Retention and Access:-
a. The company will retain the submitted daily work reports as part of its record-keeping practices.
b. Authorized personnel within the company may have access to the reports for purposes such as performance evaluation, project tracking, or audit compliance.
Modification or Termination:-
a. Hamza Landman Services (SMC-Private) Limited reserves the right to modify or terminate the daily work reporting process, format, or requirements at any time and at its sole discretion, with appropriate notice to employees as required by law.
